Walmart has lost its mind. Parents usually take pictures of their child in possibly all moments for remembrance of their childhood. Its insane to behave like this.

This is absurd. Walmart, the state/county prosecutors, child protection, they are all way out of line.
The parents are entitled to a public apology for this outrageous behavior by all of the parties involved, but not a nickel in compensation above what their own expenses were for righting this wrong.
